We are providing you with an official one-year warranty for watches and a six-month warranty for other products (Ex: Leather products, Clothing etc except Sunglasses). You will be eligible for an official service warranty with any goods you have bought from URBAN GUY if you experience any troubles with the watch movement or any severe concerns with other products.

5 DAYS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As we offer a quality product, there is no way left to return but we want to ensure a quality service too. That’s why we have a return policy. You can return or exchange your purchased product within 05 working days from the purchase date.
